  • Using the Find a Financial Planner Tool or the website to solicit, advertise, promote or offer any goods or services that are not related to the purpose of finding a financial planner, or that are illegal, unethical or harmful to the financial planner or any other person or entity associated with the Find a Financial Planner Tool or the website.
  • Attempting to access, modify, delete, damage, interfere with or compromise the data, systems, networks or accounts of the financial planner or any other person or entity associated with the Find a Financial Planner Tool or the websitet.
  • Engaging in any other conduct that FP Canada, in its sole discretion, deems to be unacceptable, inappropriate or detrimental to the Find a Financial Planner Tool or the website, or to the financial planner or any other person or entity associated with the Find a Financial Planner Tool or the website.
